I have been using Tata Sky for more than a year now & the experience regards to the service has been really satisfactory… I have modified my channel packs a few times & every time the support guys have been very professional & helpful. I have finally moved to the mega pack now.

What's more its supported by an iPhone app so I can even record shows through my mobile phone. After my 52" LED TV, this is the next best gadget I invested in.

I just went to the site, paid with the credit card and they called me to schedule installation. The Installer not only came to install it, but also gave me pointers on how to use all the functions.

Tata Sky ki service bahut badiya hai. We bought it last year during World cup to watch cricket and enjoyed it a lot. When we want to change packs we call the call center and they are very helpful. When we shifted to our new home, they came and helped us with shifting our Tata Sky so that we had TV connection when we moved to our new home.
