2 month subscription free offer (“Offer”) can be availed of by New Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
Offer for New Tata Sky subscribers: You can purchase a Tata Sky or Tata Sky+ digicomp during the Offer Period and in addition to existing benefits on the Installation free offer you can choose from the following:

Additional Multiroom Benefit: Both New Tata Sky Subscribers and Existing Tata Sky Subscribers can purchase second/third/fourth Tata Sky or Tata Sky+ digicomp (hereinafter referred to as “new multiroom connection(s)”) and enjoy a waiver on the applicable multiroom charges for 2 months with respect to the Popular Package availed on the Primary Digicomp in addition to existing benefits on the Installation free offer.
Definitions:
- Activation: Activation by Tata Sky of the service post installation
- Multiroom subscription: a subscription option which allows Tata Sky subscribers to receive the Service on a maximum of three digicomps in addition to their Primary Digicomp, under the same Subscriber ID, installed at the same address at which the Primary Digicomp has been installed
- New Tata Sky Subscribers: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Digicomp on or after 12 July 2010.
- Existing Tata Sky Subscribers: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Digicomp before 12 July 2010.
- Primary Digicomp : This is the 1 digicomp under which your Tata Sky subscriber account is created
- Offer period: From 12 July 2010 onwards.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Subscription to any additional services shall be at an extra cost.
- The Offer can be availed of only in respect of purchases made through any Tata Sky dealer or Cash on delivery purchases made over the Tata Sky helpline and is not available in respect of credit card purchases made over www.tatasky.com / www.tataskyplus.com or through the Tata Sky helpline.
- Upon expiry of the 2 month free period, your Subscriber Account will be charged the then applicable subscription fees for the Popular and Optional Packages. In case you wish to change your Popular Package or change/opt out of your Optional Package(s), You can do so by calling the Helpline. .
- If You decide to opt out of or cancel the free package offered to You, at any given point of time pre-expiry of the 2 month term of free package, You shall be charged the then existing applicable rate for the new package chosen by You at that time.
- The Offer cannot be combined with other ongoing offers except as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- This Offer benefits are not transferable to another subscriber ID, nor encashable or exchangeable for any other reward.
- Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Offer completely.
- Tata Sky subscribers acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified. These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
