Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is open to all Tata Sky subscribers
2. Only recharges of Rs 301 or more, done by You when in Active Account Status shall qualify You for the Offer.
3. Cash back means: The Bonus Amount which is credited to Your Subscriber Account when You recharge for an amount of
1. Rs 301 to Rs 600, a Bonus Amount of Rs 15 which is credited to Your Subscriber Account
4. Rs 601 or more, a Bonus Amount of Rs 40 is credited to Your Subscriber AccountYou can recharge your Subscriber Account through any recharge mode – electronic, paper vouchers, recharge through dealers, credit card, net banking, cheques, Standing Instruction to avail of the Offer.
5. The Cash back amount to which You are entitled will be calculated based on a single discreet recharge value of Rs 301 or more, once every 30 days.
6. The Cash back amount will be credited into your Subscriber’s Account within 24 hours of Your having completed the recharge transaction.
7. You shall be entitled to the Cash back benefit only once every 30 days during the Offer Duration.
8. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Offer completely.
9. You consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from availing of the Offer.
10. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the service or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
11. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified.  These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
