Standard Terms & Conditions: Actve Wizkids

1. “Active account status” means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.
2. “Valid entry” means a code sent via sms by You, in the correct prescribed format.
3. "Contest” means the contest of playing the game and submitting the game score in order to be eligible to win the prize.
4. “Weekly Contest” means a new Contest which opens at 00:00 hours every Friday and closes at 23:59 hours every Thursday of the following week.

1. The Contest is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers who have subscribed to the Fun Learning Pack or the Mega Pack.
2. The following persons cannot participate in this Contest:
1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky and
2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies and
3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Contest.
3. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate. Only a Valid entry with correct answers to the questions will be eligible for selection for the prize.
4. You must (i) be a resident of India (ii) be above 18 years of age (iii) have a valid PAN card and (iv) have a Subscriber Account with an Active account status to qualify and participate in the Contest.

1. For each of the Contests, the participant with the highest score shall be the winner. After a participant wins once, then for every subsequent win thereafter, there should be a minimum interval of 180 days from the date of the previous win for that particular game.
2. The name of the winner will be announced in the ‘Game Guru’ section on the Actve Games service by 12 noon, on the day following the closing date of the Contest.
3. The results generated will be final and binding.

1. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other offer.
2. The winner shall be contacted via phone at the phone number mentioned in the Tata Sky records.
3. Tata Sky may also send a letter to the winner at the address mentioned in the Tata Sky records requesting for a list of documents to be presented by the winner to claim the prize. Non-submission of necessary documents shall lead to disqualification of the winner and an alternative winner shall be chosen thereafter.
4. If Tata Sky is not able to contact the winner at the phone number or the address as mentioned in the Tata Sky records by midnight seven days after Tata Sky 's first attempted notification, Tata Sky reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner's entitlement to the prize will lapse.
5.  The prizes shall be delivered to the winners at their respective Subscriber Address available in the Tata Sky records.  Tata Sky shall not be liable for delayed delivery or any damage caused to the prize during delivery. Tata Sky shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the prize. You acknowledge that the prizes are provided on an “as is basis” and You agree to not make any claim against Tata Sky in respect of the prize.

1. You can participate in any one or all of the Contests.
2. You may send as many entries as you wish.
3. You must send your entry by sms to 56633.
4. SMS rates will be applicable as per the tariff of Your mobile service provider.
5. SMS entries for a Weekly Contest sent after the closure of that Weekly Contest will not be considered.
6. The payment of the prize shall be subject to deduction of applicable withholding taxes as per Indian Income Tax Laws.
