Terms and Conditions
“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturday Actve English Offer” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers can access Actve English absolutely FREE of cost for a week from starting from 00:01am on 14 July 2012 until 23:59 on 20 July 2012.
All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the subscription contract signed with Tata Sky:
Definitions
"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account on the Offer Day
"Offer Period": 00:01 am on 14 July 2012 until 23:5920 July 2012
“Subscribers” means a person who agrees to the terms and conditions for availing Tata Sky’s services for domestic purposes.
Eligibility
- The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active account status. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Actve English service will be made available free to all subscribers for a week from 00:00 hours on 14 July 2012 until 23:59 hours 20 July 2012
- During the promotion period, you can enjoy the services free of cost on Actve English
- Incase you have subscribed to the Actve English Pack, you will not get any additional benefits for the promotion. Your subscription charges will continue as applicable. To avail the services after 20 July 2012, you will have to go to subscribe to the Actve English pack, available at Rs. 30 per month
- Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer or to withdraw it completely.
- Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Offer caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
- You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
- Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Offer related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
