Terms and Conditions

1. ConditionsCombo Offer Period: 25 Feb 2013 onwards until such time that Tata Sky withdraws the offer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Offer’ or ‘Combo Offer’).
2. You can subscribe to the Combo Offer only through the following modes: (i) By logging on to www.mytatasky.com and (ii) by calling the Tata Sky Helpline.
3. For all Combo Offers, upon expiry of the subscription period of all the packs availed by You during the Offer Period, You will need to pay the monthly price of such Packs as applicable, to continue to receive the Tata Sky Service. You may also choose to subscribe to any other Pack available on Tata Sky.
4. In the event, You choose to change the Base Pack chosen by You at the time of availing the Offer prior to expiry of the free subscription period of the Base Pack, You shall be deemed to have forfeited the amounts paid towards such Base Pack.
5. By availing of Tata Sky HD or a Tata Sky+ HD, You will be entitled to a 1 month free HD Access Fee that enables viewing of the HD channel variants which are available for the SD channels You have subscribed to. You will need to pay the applicable monthly price of the HD Access Fee to continue to view HD channels after a period of a month. The 1 month free HD Access Fee offer applies across the country. In the event of Your not wanting to view HD channels, You will need to contact Tata Sky helpline and explicitly request for the free HD Access Fee to be disabled from Your account.
6. MultiTV offer can only be availed by existing Tata Sky subscribers and includes the cost of hardware and installation depending on the connection purchased.
7. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely. However, such a change will be prospective and not retrospective in nature to ensure that the Tata Sky subscribers who have already subscribed to the Packs under this Offer are not inconvenienced in any manner.
8. By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party's use (or misuse) of the Offer.
9. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
10. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
