Terms and Conditions
“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturday Fun Learning Offer” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers can access Fun Learning absolutely FREE of cost for day. The Offer is in addition to the existing offers available from Tata Sky Ltd. and the Offer is available only on the Offer Day that is on 28 April 2012
All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Definitions
"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account on the Offer Day
"Offer Day": 28 April, 2012
“Subscribers” means a person who agrees to the terms and conditions for availing Tata Sky’s services for domestic purposes.
Eligibility
- The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active account status. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Fun Learning (Actve Wizkids & Cbeebies) service will be made available free to all subscribers on 28 April 2012 at 00:00 hours until 23:59 hours on the same date , that is 28 Apr 2012
- On the promotion day, that is 28 Apr 2012, you can enjoy the services free of cost through the day on Actve Wizkids & Cbeebies channel
- Incase you have subscribed to the Fun Learning Pack, you will not get any additional benefits for the promotion. Your subscription charges will continue as applicable. To avail the services after 28 April 2012, you will have to go to subscribe to the Fun Learning pack, available at Rs. 40 per month
- Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer or to withdraw it completely.
- Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Offer caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
- You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
- Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Offer related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
