Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
2. You must have subscribed to English News Pack on the Promotion Day.
3. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
4. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
5. If the subscriber is already holding the pack on the offer day shall not be entitled to receive the offer benefit.
6. Subscribers dropping and adding the pack again on the offer day shall not be entitled to receive the benefit of the offer.

1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the English News Pack on the Promotion Day by the following way:
   SMS: By sending a SMS – add news to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number
2. The Price of the pack is Rs 30 pm. You pay full monthly pack price for the first month &  get the second month absolutely free.
3.  From third month onwards, you pay monthly pack price for English News Pack.
4. There will be no refunds/credits made to Your subscription account on You subscribing to the English News pack on the Promotion Day itself.
5. English News Pack will be charged at Re1 per day for 30 days. You will be charged at full price for the first month.
6. After 60 days of holding the pack, credit of Rs 30 will be passed back into your account i.e you get second month absolutely free.
7. If you drop the pack before 60 days, you shall not be given the benefit of the offer.
8. The pack stays chargeable at Rs 30 per month from third month onwards.  No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
9. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
10. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
11. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
12. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
