“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturday Actve Games Offer” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers, having an active account status as defined herein below, subscribing to the Actve Games Pack ("Actve Games Pack") on 30 June, 2012 between 12:00 am to 23:59:59 pm shall be entitled to enjoy the first month subscription for just Re 1.

The Offer is in addition to the existing offers available from Tata Sky Ltd. and the Offer is available only on the Offer Day.

All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the subscription contract that has been signed by you:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account on the Offer Day and also on the day the mobile Music are pushed on the subscriber’s registered mobile no.

"Offer Day": 30 June, 2012

“Subscribers” means a person who agrees to the terms and conditions for availing Tata Sky’s services for domestic purposes.

Eligibility

The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active account status.
You must have subscribed to Actve Games Monthly Pay Pack on the Offer Day between 12:00 am to 23:59:59 pm.
The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:

Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
Tata Sky business associates including the dealers and advertising agencies; and
Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.

Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

Terms & Conditions:

You may avail the Offer by subscribing to the Actve Games Pack @ Rs 45 per month on the Offer Day by any of the following ways:

SMS: By sending a SMS: add acga to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number. Regular Telecom rates apply for every SMS that you send . You may check with your telecom operator for regular SMS rates that are applicable to you
Tata Sky website: By logging on to My Tata Sky on www.mytatasky.com
Helpline: By calling the Tata Sky helpline.

You will be charged at the full price of Rs 45 per month toward the first month subscription charges towards Actve Games Pack
The credit of Rs. 44 shall be passed into Your account only on the completion of one month (30 days) from the Promotion Day when the Actve Games Pack was subscribed. No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever, which entitle you to the first month subscription at Re1.
In the event Your account does not have an Active account status on the day of passing the credits, You will not be entitled to the credit of Rs. 44
No two offers can be clubbed to avail this Offer
After the completion of the first month, the Actve Games pack will continue to be charged at the rate as applicable at the time.
Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
