What are Zeetos?
Zeetos are reward points that you can accumulate by answering/participating in certain select activities on the Actve Fun Learn Pack. So you keep participating & collecting zeetos, which you can then exchange for free toys.

How do I access & earn zeetos?
Simply press Actve on your remote z & you will see Zeetos Rewards listed. You may also go to Actve Fun Learn & play games, take quizzes, read stories. Then answer specific questions/play specific games carrying the Zeetos icon, which will help you earn Zeetos (points). These Zeetos can be exchanged to get a toy free of cost.

Where & when do I exchange these zeetos?
Its simple. Go to Zeetos Rewards on your Fun Learning portal & take a look at the various rewards (toys) you could exchange your zeetos for. When a subscriber redeems a toy in exchange of Zeetos, he will be charged Rs 50 as processing fee. This will directly be debited to the subscriber's account.

So can I exchange a toy the day I start accumulating Zeetos?
There are a total of 9 toys in the toy store. Each toy can be exchanged for a pre-specified number of Zeetos. You will be able to redeem the toy of your choice when you have the requisite number of zeetos.

What if I don’t like any of the toys in toy store?
The toys will be updated at regular intervals. So, keep earning the zeetos and keep looking up the portal. You may choose to exchange your zeetos only when you find a toy you like!

Is this chargebale to my account?
When a subscriber redeems a toy in exchange of Zeetos, he will be charged Rs 50 as processing fee. This will directly be debited to the subscriber's account.

How do I begin earning Zeetos?
If you are on the Actve Wizkids Portal look out for activities with the Zeetos icon on stories, games and Britannica. Select these icons.

If you are on the Zeetos Rewards you can go directly to Story Quiz, Gaming Challenge or GK quiz to earn zeetos

Gaming Challenge: You will need to play the game with the Zeetos icon only to earn zeetos. The first time you play, you will need to beat the minimum score to earn zeetos. The next time you decide to play the same game, you will need to beat your previous highest score. You can play games and earn zeetos unlimited number of times in a day. But do remember to submit your score after each game play to add to your zeetos.

Story Quiz: The story quiz question is based on one of the stories for the day available on Actve Fun Learn. Be sure you read the story. To take the quiz you will need to go to the Zeetos rewards portal and select story quiz. You get only once chance to answer the question, and you get zeetos only if you get the answer correct. There is a new question daily, so if you get the answer wrong on any day, don't worry just come back the next day.

GK Quiz: The GK quiz question is one of the questions on Quiz powered by Britannica for the day - available on Actve Fun Learn. To take the quiz you will need to go to the Zeetos rewards portal and select GK quiz. You get only once chance to answer the question, and you get zeetos only if you get the answer correct. There is a new question daily, so if you get the answer wrong on any day, don't worry just come back the next day.

How do I know how many zeetos I have accumulated?
The Zeetos Rewards portal displays the total number of zeetos you have in your account and the last no. of zeetos you used for exchanging a toy.

How can I view the list of toys available for exchange?
Go to the Zeetos Rewards Service and press the green button. You will be taken to the toy store. Scroll through the images, select a toy to get more information about it.

How do I exchange a toy if I have enough zeetos?
Select the toy in the toy store, the description of the toy will be displayed and an option to exchange the toy will be displayed too. Press select to go ahead and exchange the toy. You will then be presented with an SMS code. Send this code to 56633. You will get a confirmation SMS from Tata Sky and shortly after our representative will get in touch with you and take you through the formalities

Who all can participate in this programme?
To be able to access/ play and exchange rewards from the Zeetos Portal you need to be able to view Actve Fun Learn & be subscribed to Actve Fun Learn Pack.

If I have more than one Tata Sky box at home, will the zeetos reflect on all boxes?
No, zeetos will reflect only on the box you play on. You can however, play on more than one box at any given time and each box will have its own zeetos balance. You cannot combine the zeetos on all boxes in your home to redeem toys.

The toy I was trying to earn zeetos for is no longer available, why are the toys changed?
We continue to change toys so that everyone has something new to come back and exchange zeetos for. Most of our toys especially the ones for which you require a lower number of zeetos will be on air typically for only 4-6 weeks.

Can I redeem the same toy multiple times?
Yes absolutely

I have enough zeetos to exchange for 2 toys. I sent my first request and got a confirmation but I am not able to get a confirmation for the second toy request.
You can exchange only 1 toy a day. Try again tomorrow to exchange zeetos for the second toy.

My box failed and has been replaced / repaired, my zeetos earned are not there any longer.
We understand, and unfortunately we are not able to track the zeetos accumulated in your box before it failed/ got repaired. We would therefore be crediting 750 zeetos to your account

What happens when I drop the Fun Learning Pack?
Effective 25th May 2011, all subscribers dropping Actve Fun Learn Pack will face 50% deduction of Zeetos from their account.

However deduction of Zeetos will not affect Fun Learning Pack subscribers migrating to Mega Packs/ Super Value Kids special or taking a long duration version of the pack.

Drops from Mega Pack and Super Value Kids Special Pack will also face a 50% deduction if the subscriber does not take Actve Fun Learn Pack on the same day.
